Includes up to 30 minutes per month of support and maintenance.

First year includes

  • One onboarding/setup call, up to 45 minutes

  • One revision round after setup

Ongoing annual support

  • Up to 2 support requests per month

  • Up to 30 minutes of support per month

  • Support by email or WhatsApp during business hours

  • Minor text, link, and embed updates included

  • Unused support time does not roll over

Not included:

  • Recurring weekly support or training sessions

  • Ongoing marketing consulting

  • Major redesigns

  • Multiple funnel builds

  • DNS troubleshooting beyond basic guidance

  • Realsee, Systeme, registrar, or third-party platform fees

  • Custom code beyond the agreed setup

  • Emergency or same-day support unless separately approved
